20.05.2019

From Pussy Riot and Notre Dame to music in the concentration camp, experts discussed at a Science Talk from the Ministry of Education whether art has the potential to make the world a better place.

Prof. Helmut Leder (General Psychology - Psychology of Empirical Aesthetics/EVA-Lab) was part of the podium. He says, "In the individual world, art has a positive effect and make that person's life better." In addition, research in Alzheimer's patients shows that the aesthetic feeling remains almost stable.
